Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.
We ship exclusively within the United States.
Carriers
We work with a network of carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others — to get your order to you. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. If there is a known disruption that may affect order fulfillment or delivery, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hi@koppen.co with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hi@koppen.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
