Yes, all KÖPPEN products are formulated for daily use. Each product page includes full ingredient information and usage guidance so you always know what you're putting in your mouth.
Our products are manufactured in the United States under strict quality control standards. Every batch is reviewed before it leaves the facility.
Many of our formulas are designed with sensitivity in mind. We recommend checking the individual product page for specific guidance, and consulting your dentist if you have particular concerns.
Our products are generally safe for use with most dental work, but we always recommend checking with your dentist if you have specific concerns about compatibility with restorations or implants.
Yes. KÖPPEN products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Placing an Order
Contact us immediately at hi@koppen.co with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes can be made, but if your order hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to update it before it leaves the warehouse. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Reach out to us as soon as possible at hi@koppen.co with your order number and what you'd like to change. We'll let you know if we're able to accommodate your request before fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
You'll receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, contact us at hi@koppen.co and we'll confirm your order status.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier. This typically happens within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving that email for tracking to become active in the carrier's system.
Returns
All sales are final. Because our products are oral care items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Order Status
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to track your delivery directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Start by checking your tracking number to see the latest update from the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check around your property, with neighbors, or with anyone else at your address who may have received it. Carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected spots. If you're still unable to locate your order, email us at hi@koppen.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your name and order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We're sorry about that — that's on us. Email us at hi@koppen.co within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of what's missing or incorrect. If you received a wrong item, a photo helps us resolve things faster. We'll make it right.
Please don't use the product if it arrived damaged. Email us at hi@koppen.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We review every report individually and will work quickly toward a resolution — whether that's a replacement or another solution that works for you.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all US orders over $50. No code needed — it will show up at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold. Orders under $50 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is determined by the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. If you're ordering to a PO Box, we recommend selecting standard shipping at checkout to ensure your order is routed through USPS.
