    My favorite health resource ever

    I bought this after taking their body and mind quiz thinking it would be a few pages of info but what I received was amazing to say the least. I now have a specific meal plan, breathwork routine, meditation practice and am trying to figure out how to use the sleep schedule provided.

    Everything I wondered about my health is answered here and beautifully illustrated. It’s made me look at how connected every part of the body is and appreciate the advanced way these ancient communities understood this.
